The $15,000/4 Minute Workout

The ROM which stands for Range of Motion boast technology that will give you the body you want in only 4 minutes every other day. It is a beautiful piece of equipment that allows you to work the upper-body for two minutes, and of course the lower-body for two minutes.
The mastermind is the designer and manufacture, Alf Temme. He dug up and put to good use the patent created by John Pitre. Pitre (pronounced petri like the dish) may not be familiar, but you have probably seen his artwork somewhere before. Flying dolphins in outerspace, and post-apocalyptic nudes on flying horses are not my taste, but I will give him the credit he deserves. The man understands the human form, and that understanding led him to create the ROM technology.
On paper the 4 minute workout has the cardio equivalent of 45 minutes (just like on paper 3500 calories equals one pound).
I just have a little trouble accepting Alf & his buddy John who paints naked women on unicorns. Either way, John is living the life in Hawaii, flying planes and paining naked lots of naked people, and making millions...maybe there is something to it?
The question is:
Do you believe you can workout for 4 minutes and receive same benefits of an hour workout?
